Nothing for me on Friday the 28th, I will be out of town. As for Smiley Rock - that's still on! We got two weeks, I'm sure the activity will step up again at that time.

Daniel - how many of you are coming down now?

Hey guys its me, Jose... remember me :P I might be a passenger on this trip, the H3 is down.. On my trip to Sedona the steering rack started rattling and gas pedal vibrating over every little bump. When I got home I took a look at it and the rubber bushing on the passenger side of the rack is gone.I turned the truck on and now i get "service 4wd", "traction control failed" and the instrument panel that shows 4hi 4 hi lock 4 w doesn't let me switch to any of the 3 :duh: :duh: :wall: :wall: :wall:

"SUP Cuervo!!
as in Jose ;)

Sounds like its all wiring harness realted... the movement perhaps caused something to pull off ???
I would check for damaged wiring in the area.. :where: :where:
Better yet (ASSuming warranty) I would have the dealer fix it.. :yup: .they have MORE then enough time to finish it
before SAT :)

mmm Cuervo!!

There aren't any wires near the steering rack from what I remember but I'll have to take another look. It's not under warranty anymore, I have the extended warranty but I'm not entirely sure how that works yet.

Hope you can make it, either as a passenger or driver. Good luck with the warranty claim. Is it the GMPP?

OK if its coincedence and unrelated then I would bet the money on the Solenoid/switch on the transfer case, that should fall under a drivetrain
warranty....H2's suffer same issue............too much electronic crap!! IE:H2 bad battery...XM stops working...I'm dead serious :wall:
