You can purchase a OHV pass at the following establishments in DFW, or you can contact me and work something out. The pass is valid through August 31 of 2015, and will also be mandatory for our proposed Big Bend trip in March. Hope to see you there!

Come on guys lets do this? all fun lets show up not show out?
Keep close to Nature's heart... and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.

It will be fun. We have several people that have RSVP'd and several new people that plan to come to the owner's meeting the night of the second. I'm looking forward to it!

I think a lot of people don't post here that they are coming because they have on FB. If you could, please post here as it makes it a lot easier to track who is coming and the details.

Mark, nobody except Kristi has posted on Facebook that they are coming. For the most part, I am personally tracking them down in PM's and text messages. For the record, I did receive an email this week from a couple of different people that saw this thread, and wanted to get more information about this weekend. I try to direct as much traffic as I can to the website.

On a separate note, Before you head out to Bridgeport this weekend, be sure to check all of your fluids (motor oil, transmission, power steering etc.) to assure they are at adequate levels and in good shape, and cycle through your transfer case gears (4HI, 4LO, and any locked gears) to properly lube them before heavy usage. Also check your under carriage, suspension and skid plates to confirm everything is tight underneath, and have your vehicle serviced if necessary. We don’t want to have any preventable break downs or damage! See you Friday!

Hello all, I plan on being there to meet everybody tonight, and making it out to NW OHV tomorrow. It'll just be me, Mark, as my children are with their Mother this go round. I'm not trying to step on anybody's toes on here, but if I may, I'd like to add to the check list. On top of what's listed, please make sure you have a spare tire, full of air, and a way to change it. So many people overlook this seemingly elementary requirement. If you've never been, it's really awesome. The maps are laid out on a satellite image and easy to read. There's also something for everyone's skill and equipment level out there. My children and I have been using this place for our test runs since we got our M998 put together. Anyhow, I'm excited to meet everybody and looking forward to tomorrow.

Welcome to HXC Mark, looks like you guys had a great time. You are absolutely right about the spare, such a simple obvious thing that people do overlook it.
