I am not a big fan because it's so flat. It can be scenic, but not much to the wheeling aspect. If you know something I don't, let me know.

Unless someone suggests something other than Cleghorn, that's where we will go. I know that Hungary Valley and Joshua Tree were mentioned, but let's wait for another trip. Cleghorn should be good to go. Ranger told me to call back after the rain is over to confirm. The storm should provide some nice washout and interesting challenges.

Now, what I need is dates that work for everyone. Any weekends besides Valentines Day weekend that is preferable to everyone? Please do speak up on this part even if to say it doesn't matter.

Cleghorn is really interesting. It can be as easy as dirt roads, or as difficult as you want to make it :yup:
I'm not positive, but I dont think it is more than 10 miles end to end, but there are probably 30 miles of trails nesteled inside that area. The cool thing about Cleghorn is that no matter how you go through, pretty much all of the trails tie back in together at one point or another.

Behummer2.

The wonderful thing about Cleghorn is that it is one long forest road with the optional hard trail that weaves on and off of the forest road. So, you don't have to do anything hard or you can do as much hard stuff as you want. The trail generally takes about a few hours. It depends on how many optional side trails we take. Plan on being done by dinner time. If you need to leave early you can always take the forest road to the end without fear of getting lost.
